This was the title of a tutorial that was given to the Gait and Clinical Movement Analysis Society in Wilmington, Delaware in 2003. I prepared a CD ROM for that conference with a multimedia presentation on most aspects of the model and this was available for sale for a few years afterwards.

There is no longer any mechanism for distributing the CD so I’ve now uploaded the files to own institutional repository where it can now be downloaded. Go to this link, download and unzip the file and then double-click on PolygonViewer.exe in the PolygonViewer folder. It should all be fairly intuitive after that.
